    • Each journey is individually designed, with fees aligned to the level of support and complexity involved.

    • Following a brief conversation, I will guide you toward the most suitable service level and provide clear cost details before anything is confirmed.

    • Hotel and cruise only bookings are offered at no additional service fee.

    • We start with a simple, informal discovery call to understand how you like to travel, what you are planning, and the level of support you are looking for.

    • From there, I will guide you on the most suitable way to structure your trip and next steps.

    • I work with clients worldwide, with a strong focus on curated luxury stays, island destinations, and experience-led travel across regions such as the Maldives, Hawaii, Mauritius, Fiji, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and beyond.

    • Your journey can be a single destination stay or a multi destination itinerary, designed around how you want to travel.

    • My planning fee is paid directly to me and is based on the level of support and complexity of your itinerary.

    • All travel components, including hotels, cruises, and experiences, are paid directly to the relevant providers.

    • Once confirmed, I take care of the full coordination and management of your bookings to ensure everything is seamless and well organised.

    • Yes. If you already have hotel or cruise bookings in place, you can email details to ken@miharojourneys.comand I will review whether a takeover is possible. Where eligible, I can become the booking agent of record, which allows you to access available partner benefits and receive full support through your stay.

    • If you already have parts of your trip planned, I can still assist with the remaining elements of your itinerary to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

    • Yes. Support is available throughout your journey depending on your service level.

    • If anything unexpected arises during travel, I can assist with adjustments and coordinate solutions where needed.

    • Through a network of over 6,000 preferred partner relationships, I can often secure added value such as hotel credits, breakfast, room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, and additional amenities.

    • Some benefits are confirmed at the time of booking, while others are subject to availability at check-in.

    • Many luxury hotels offer complimentary night promotions, such as stay 3 pay 2, that provide added value depending on availability and booking period. You can refer to this page for more information.

    • For cruise bookings, you will typically receive onboard credit and any applicable promotions offered by the cruise line at the time of booking

    • Cruise bookings are made directly with the cruise line, so any applicable loyalty benefits will be recognised in line with their programme.

    • Yes. I frequently curate travel for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, and other meaningful milestones.

    • These trips are designed with thoughtful detail to make the experience feel more personal and memorable.

    • Yes. I can assist with coordinating group travel, including destination weddings, family and multi generational travel, corporate retreats, and larger group bookings.

    • This includes room blocks, logistics, and tailored arrangements to ensure everything is smoothly coordinated.
