Yes. Where eligible, bookings made through the Client Portal are treated as direct bookings. You can enter your hotel loyalty programme details to earn applicable points and qualifying nights, while existing hotel elite status can be recognised where the hotel programme permits.

Yes. Mīharo Journeys offers a self booking option that allows you to browse and book participating luxury hotels online, 24/7. You can browse, compare and make your own booking without needing to speak with Ken first.

No. You can browse, compare and book entirely online without a call or back and forth before booking.
You can still contact Ken for personalised recommendation and services.

Every booking is supported by Ken, your Mīharo Journeys travel advisor. If you have questions, special requests or need assistance with your reservation, you have a real travel advisor behind your booking.
Your hotel loyalty programme details can also be added to the reservation and should appear in your hotel member account shortly after booking. This includes Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Accor and many more.
Eligible rates with preferred benefits will be shown during the booking process.

New clients: Complete the Mīharo Journeys client sign up form first. Once registered, you can access the Client Portal to browse and book.
Existing clients: If you have previously worked with or spoken with Ken, you can go straight to the Client Portal and log in to book hotels 24/7.

Not every hotel or rate is available through the Client Portal. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact Ken. He can help with other hotel options and arrange the booking for you.
