Every booking is monitored by Ken, your Mīharo Journeys travel advisor. If you have questions, special requests or need assistance with your reservation, you have a real travel advisor behind your booking.

Your hotel loyalty programme (Hyatt, Marriott, IHG…) details are also added to the reservation and should appear in your hotel member account shortly after booking.

Not every hotel or rate is available through the self booking portal. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact Ken. He can help you explore other hotel options and arrange the booking for you.

Yes. Where eligible, bookings made through the Client Portal are treated as direct bookings, meaning you can enter your hotel loyalty programme number and earn points, elite night credits and receive applicable member benefits, subject to the hotel's programme terms and the rate booked.
